Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging — and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us first at support@carvunoshop.com. We'll assess your request and either issue a refund, send a replacement, or — if a physical return is required — email you the specific return instructions and address at that time. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us; items sent without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about your specific item, please get in touch.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us about the item you have. Once your request is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging — and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've assessed your request and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@carvunoshop.com.

If a physical return is required, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover it).
