Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Carvuno. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — if there's a significant delay, we'll reach out by email.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We do not ship to other destinations at this time.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination and order. Estimated delivery times below are in addition to the 1–3 business day processing time and are not guaranteed:

- United States: 7–22 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For orders shipped across the border, the recipient may be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by the carrier or customs authority and are not collected by Carvuno. Please check your local rules if you're unsure.
Delays
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@carvunoshop.com — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once it's on its way.
Lost, stuck, or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package seems lost, contact us at support@carvunoshop.com and we'll help look into it with the carrier.
